When I was the director of communications for a 100+ year old association, I wore ALL the hats. 

I was responsible for budgeting, program planning, selecting the venue and food, selling sponsorships, registering attendees, and playing hostess during the event. 

And on top of that, I designed all the conference assets from the website to the printed program.

Step 2:

Review your first design.

Provide your first project’s details and final copy. We’ll send you a draft to review within a week. Once you’ve approved that design, we start working on your next project.

Step 3:

Start promoting your event!

Publish your materials as soon as you’re ready. You’ll have full access to all of your files (we can even design in Canva!). And when we’ve finished designing all of your assets, just pause your subscription until your next event!

MG Graphics will work on one project at a time, for as many deliverables as you need for a set monthly price. You’ll have unlimited revisions, which we can make during a live Zoom call if needed. 

Using our online portal, you’ll set up your queue of design projects. Simply complete a quick questionnaire for each project, upload your text and any supporting files.

Then, choose which project you want us to focus on first. From there, we’ll have a first draft to you within a week—or within three days for small projects. You control what happens next. Submit another project or request revisions on a previous project.
